SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched Monday through to Wednesday, excluding public holidays, and at the earliest convenience of Brookfield Adeniums.  All parcels are sent via Express Post and carry tracking numbers. The buyer's email address and mobile number are required by Express Post services to provide notifications relating to the parcel.  No items will be sent via standard parcel post or late in the week to avoid stress to the live plants. All plants are shipped bare-rooted in newsprint paper to prevent damage and will be trimmed back to reduce the risk of stress to the graft site and transpiration dehydration.  Only insured parcels are eligible for refunds under the terms listed in "Refunds Policy".

REFUNDS POLICY

Brookfield Adeniums utilises every possible measure to reduce risk of damage to live plants when being shipped (see shipping policy).  In the event of a live plant parcel arriving in a damaged state, please provide no less than 3 photographs of the parcel BEFORE opening it to icrook@datafast.net.au.   Photographic evidence of damaged plants (with tags on) must be supplied along with damaged parcel photos (no less than 3) when requesting a refund. Only purchases bought with insurance will be eligible refund.  The customer reserves the right to request replacement of damaged items (only when such items are in stock and available), when the aforementioned terms (insurance and photographic evidence) are met and the customer prefers to receive a replacement in lieu a refund.
